+ Now I've Nothing Left to Give +
Who: Everyone
Where: What's left of Wonderland
When: Beginning on 1/5
Rating: PG-13 to be safe, warn if going higher
Summary: Welcome to end game.
The Story:
Every part of the Mansion is gone except for parts of the first floor and on 1/5, the lights go out. The stairs go nowhere, and everything looks distinctly abandoned and dark. We suggest you find your loved ones, and stay close to them. This might be it. Maybe you’ll really die here.
Later that same day, the first floor begins to crumble away. Gravity is gone, and everyone rises into the void. There are probably tears and goodbyes. Maybe even conversations of when they’ll have to start eating each other to survive.
But then, there is a bright flash of light. A familiar light to anyone who has dealt with the Core before. It washes over everyone and suddenly you are somewhere else. Maybe you’re even someone else.
Everyone will find themselves in dream-like versions of pother worlds; memories from the absolute bottom of Wonderland’s barrel. These are things it has been sitting on for decades that it threw out there so everyone would have a place to land and finally get some food and water. Maybe your character finds themself having a drink at the Cantina from Star Wars with the Cantina Band on repeat until the end of time. Maybe your character is a magical person who traded their soul for the ability to fight witches. Maybe you just really, really wanted a Harry Potter AU one more time. Almost anything is fair game!
These will truly feel like dreams due to the fact that Dream Side is no longer a separate place in Wonderland, meaning that it will be relatively easy for characters to snap out of their respective AUs if needed, though some characters will naturally be better at that than others. There will be weak points in the events where people can slip back out into the black void, where they will see hundreds of little wisps of events in pale rainbow colors. They can travel into any of these to try and recover their friends. Anyone who went missing when the mansion started disappearing can be found here. Sometimes, if no one is in an event, its light will go out. It is unclear how long Wonderland can truly sustain this.
Go forth and break free from events one last time! And it might be a good idea to figure out how the heck you’ll get out of this one alive.
Please post a top level for each event with the relevant details (what you might see on the bulletin board) so that others can come play in the events you've created! We will also put up a top level specific to the void for anyone who wants to thread their characters in between the different event wisps.
Here is the info post for this log, along with it's FAQ and a few event suggestions.

"What evidence should I be looking for?" And why hasn't anyone else already looked for it?
no subject
She hums, as if this isn't some super serious situation. Apparently being pretty blasé about death is just a standard Ange feature..
"Maybe we should first find out why this person decided to go out of their room at night to begin with? Some guys found the corpse like this when they went to go get breakfast in the morning, so the murder must've happened during the night." Ange leans over to glance at the corpse before sitting back normally. "I can't imagine why someone would do something like that, honestly. Going out by yourself at night here. You might as well paint a target on your back."
no subject
"This whole thing doesn't seem strange to you? Being stuck here? Having to solve murders?"
no subject
"Are you only questioning that now?" She raises an eyebrow. "I thought everyone got their freakout about it done when that bear first told us that this was the situation we found ourselves in."
no subject
"I wouldn't call this freaking out."
He looks at the body again.
"But you remember going to school here?"
no subject
"No. I was supposed to go to school here, but I blacked out as soon as I entered the building. Isn't it the same for all of us?"
no subject
"What are you?"
He figures she'll know he's asking what super high school level whatever she is.
no subject
"Super High School Level Heir. Not much that'd help with this kind of situation."
no subject
He sits back on his feet.
"I guess you don't know anything about Wonderland?"
no subject
Just from the way she says that word, it's obviously that she doesn't know what he's talking about. Especially since she frowns very slightly after a moment or two, continuing: "Are you sure you're feeling okay? Is seeing a corpse like this messing you up?"
no subject
"I've seen a few corpses before this. It's not really fun to see them ever, but it's not confusing me."
He gets up and puts a hand on his hip, looking at her with his head tilted.
"You're not a student here, you know."
no subject
But why does it somehow feel like she knows he's right deep down?
".. What do you mean?"
no subject
Well, really, they're both stuck, but he has some idea of how to get out, at least.
no subject
Suddenly she looks startled, like a realisation hit her with all the speed and intensity of a freight train.
"Memory. I'm.. missing a memory." The words leave her mouth before she even realises what she's saying.
no subject
"And it's not memories of going to this school."
It was something more personal. He isn't totally sure what it is, though.
no subject
That thought suddenly popping up in her head feels even stranger though. She doesn't even really know this guy in front of her. Has she seen him before? Why does he suddenly seem so familiar?
no subject
"Do you remember why we're missing things?"
no subject
It's then that the realisation fully hits her.
"Wonderland. Wonderland took our memories, and--" She lets out a groan of frustration, brushing a hand across her face. "It did it again, didn't it."
But apparently Ange does now remember that the world around them isn't exactly real. And that realisation in itself is enough for rifts to start tearing into said world.
no subject
"Yeah. I'm not sure why we weren't both affected, though."
no subject
There's never anything you can say for sure when it comes to Wonderland and the ways it works, after all. Especially now it seems to be breaking down entirely.
"Maybe it's since that world was so much like the one I come from. That might've made it easier for me to get lost in it." She pauses, like she's still thinking about it, but then looks over at him. "Thank you for helping me."
no subject
"This memory doesn't seem all that safe. I thought it would be better not to be stuck in it."
