Who: Bela Talbot and YOU!
Where: Anywhere and everywhere
When: During the whole of Zombie event.
Rating: R to be on the safe side.
Summary: A catch all for the event with those I planned with and also anyone who wants to jump in! Comment into what day you want and I post a starter if you need me to. Just PM me or drop a private plurk @marymoo :)
Action tags are a-okay as well!
The Story:
One of the things that Bela learned after a few hours was that loud noises seemed to attract the zombies or 'biters' or 'walkers'... whatever Daryl had called them. Therefore, she decided that she would only use her handgun in an emergency. As it happened, she had armed herself with a knife or two and a pipe, perfect for jamming straight into a zombie's brain, disgusting as it was. Didn't really seem to matter when it was her life at stake.
She also gathered whatever food supplies she could and they were meager so Bela had to make them last. Finding fresh water may be a problem. There were a few bottles stored away in the bag she had but how long would that last? Bela wasn't used to this sort of thing and the lack of sleep didn't make anything better. If she looked in a mirror, she'd probably die of shock. Even in the midst of a zombie invasion, Bela was still a little bit vain.
Staying alive was still her number one priority though.

The sudden noise grabs Bela's attention as she looks over to him. "I think that would be wise, yeah. Before we get overwhelmed."

[Lindsey no you couldn't. He's trying to brag.]
...Where's a safe place? Someone you know have a room nearby?
no subject
[Calling him out on that brag. It helps that she got advice from an expert.]
I haven't seen anyone else around for a while now. We'll just have to check each room until we find somewhere. Unless you know someone.

He retracts the foot instantly with a startled yelp.]

The sound he makes catches her attention and she looks over to him.]
I hope you didn't break your foot.

[The room for the moment is empty] Where'd you learn how to do that?
no subject
I'm a professional thief for hire back home. Comes with the territory.

[He begins rummaging through the empty room, tugging on the closet to no avail]
I was a defense attorney.

[Bela smirks a little, scoping out the other side of the room for anything that may be of use to them.]
Need help with that?
no subject
I promise to play nice.

[Bela asks as she walks towards the closet, working at it intently.]

...I can cast spells that will shield you.
[It's said awkwardly, almost like he's embarrassed about it.]

[There's a slow rythmic thudding outside the door]

[Not liking that sound one bit. She steels herself up for a fight.]

....How many bullets you got?!

We can find something to put against the door. Give us time to find a way out. God knows how many of those things are outside.

...I never thought I would miss work.
[He begins to rummage through the closet before coming up with...nothing. Just a few hangers.]
...Any ideas?

[Otherwise they would both be dead.]
