Who: Hook and ~other people~
Where: the beach
When: April 28
Rating: PG probably
Summary: Hook and booze and staring out to sea.
The Story:
[Hook found a bottle of rum somewhere, and he's taken it down to the Beach. He probably shouldn't be so nostalgic. He'd known his ship wouldn't be in Storybrooke when he'd left, and he's already realized that he can't go back to being the pirate he used to be. He's changed so much.
But the sea's still calming. And no one's bloody singing around it. He's still not sure what that's all about.
He stands looking out to sea, taking swigs. Maybe he'll even share if he's asked nicely enough.]

She's already explored what she could of several of the floors in the mansion so she heads outside instead, wandering the grounds and taking note of her surroundings. It's how she ends up wandering down to the beach, drawn inevitably by the ocean.
She notes the figure there as she saunters towards the water, coming closer to him. She doesn't call out, because she's not sure he looks like he wants company and she's not about to intrude on serious thoughts if he'd rather be left alone but her path will take her past him, should he decide he doesn't mind an unfamiliar redhead stopping for a chat.]

Evening, lass.

Lass? It's been a while since I've been called that.
[Her tone is amused, not offended, her pose easy and relaxed as she meets his gaze.]

[Though he'll probably still say lass. Part of his charm.]

[She introduces herself with a crooked smile and holds out her hand in greeting, appearing comfortable in giving her identity so easily.]
And you are?

[She echoes him with a faint hint of bemusement which is hopefully blended into the general mood of humor she's greeted him with because that hadn't been an answer she'd been prepared for. Then again, Wonderland was doing that to her on a daily basis at this point.]
Captain of what, if I might ask?

I suppose it would be a little hard to ask the closet for one of those, wouldn't it?
