Summary: Catch-All Post for the Avengers Wagon Train and all related shenanigans. Of which there will be many.

The Story:
Sunday morning dawns bright and early and full of confusion, because this is Wonderland, which is reason enough. But the setting everyone wakes up to is not the Wonderland they've become used to. It's not immediately obvious to some what event this world has dropped them into this time, but for others...

The presence of the wagons and oxen and the trading post's residents encouraging cheers to send everyone on their way to Oregon is a fairly telling clue. And since it seems there's no avoiding this one way or another, the resident superheroes form up a wagon caravan and hope to get through the long journey in one piece.

...Or at least as close to that as they can manage it.

She's the second ghost trying her luck with that question, since Billy's been pestering her for days now and Natasha just points her finger at the ghostly figure.

"You know, just because I can't shoot you now doesn't mean you're going to get your body back at some point. Don't forget, you still have a whole lot of training to go through, kid."

She gives her the most innocent look she can muster. "I'm just curious, can't blame a girl for already being sick of the whole ghost thing."

Although the pestering people thing was pretty fun... Even if it was already getting old.

"So.................................... Are we there yet?"

"I can, however, blame a girl for asking that same question for four days running now," Natasha counters dryly, not even looking over at her this time, although her lips quirk faintly at one corner in wry humor.

"So I guess the better question is then, what did you do with the corset?" Since they obviously weren't there yet and just because she was a ghost now didn't mean it was gonna stick once everything else went back to normal. She needed to not make her punishment too bad.

"It helped start our bonfire the first night," Natasha answered with a faint smirk of her lips. "Worked surprisingly well, though. I offered to trade it to Bruce in exchange for his shirt, but he turned it down."

She couldn't argue with that. Seriously - use whatcha got... A key to survival. She'd held on to her corset, the need for support too great. "Well, I'd have paid money to see that." Seriously Bruce in a corset... That's just... Wow...

"Although a perk of being dead, it doesn't dig in anymore."

"You're not the only one. Pity," Natasha chuckled, sharing a glance with the girl that held a good deal of mischief. A look Bruce probably wouldn't appreciate if he could hear this conversation, but he wasn't, so ah well.

"I suppose that is a perk. The looks without the discomfort. Maybe someone should just patent ghostly corsets."

She doesn't doubt Natasha would have charged money for it if she'd managed to get Bruce into it. Hell, she'd have charged for it.

Oh well, there'd probably be other things equally embarrassing at some point.
