Who: Natasha Romanoff Natalie Rushman
Where: The school, her home, out and about around town
When: The duration of the event October 24-28
Rating: Anywhere from PG to MATURE, idek
Summary: Natasha's the school Guidance Counselor, spending her days dealing with problem teens and her evenings in search of a little uncomplicated fun and distractions. not that it always works out that way... Her plotting comment is over here
The Story:
The Office:
Natalie's office at the school is a bright and airy room at a corner of the building, where bright windows let in a lot of light. It's all tastefully decorated, all soothing neutral colors with the occasional splash of a vibrant red for an accent. Her door is always open unless she's seeing a student and while she often does her paperwork from behind her desk, when she gets a visitor, she's more often likely to come join them on the couch or the plush pair of overstuffed armchairs that takes up the far side of her office.
After Hours:
When not acting as the school's guidance counselor, Natalie tends to take a much more laid back and uncomplicated approach to life. She has a small house in one of the neighborhoods on the outskirts of town with a view of the water, something neat and trim and complete with a white picket fence - an irony that is not lost on her.
She can be found there on occasion but much more often she's out and about, a frequent visitor at the local diners and bars when she's looking for a bit of companionship, or at the gym or the dance studio when she's not. She likes keeping busy and is very emphatic about leaving her work for work hours, although sometimes that's not always possible. She's friendly but has a bit of a sharp tongue and a sly sense of humor and if you're looking for a little bit of uncomplicated, no-strings-attached fun, then you'll definitely have a better chance of catching her attention.

day one just because henry needs to talk to someone D:
Before he finds her though he passes an office, then slows down and backtracks. And now he realizes that people from Wonderland are here too. It's pretty easy to figure out this is all going to be terrible (probably) after that.
With a quick glance at the name beside the door he knocks, wondering if the curse gave Natasha memories of him with troubled school attendance issues since he ran away to Boston on his own, stole his teacher's credit card when he was ten, and really barely went to school after the curse broke the first time. Guess he can find out.
"Ms. Rom - Rushman?" He corrects himself. Maybe since there's no Archie, he can talk to her.

"Is everything alright? Why aren't you in class?"

He doesn't even know what they're going to talk about, he's making it up as he goes.

"I...want to do something special for my dad, but I don't know what."
He isn't sure that anyone in Storybrooke knows that Neal is his dad in their cursed state, has no clue how it actually is supposed to work with the people from Wonderland. But, he'll cross that bridge when and if he gets to it.
"I haven't exactly known him very long, and I don't really know how long we have to hang out." All true, and the latter something he feels guilty about. He'd been so glad to be back in Storybrooke when he woke that it hadn't even hit him that being there meant his dad was gone.

A flash of surprise flickers briefly across Natalie's face as she sinks down beside the boy, because this is indeed news to her. She'd been under the impression that Regina had very strictly and carefully kept Henry's birth parents out of the picture until the boy'd gone in search of Emma, but this is the first she's heard mention of a father.
"I didn't realize you'd met him, Henry. What is it you think you'd like to do?"

"He didn't even know I existed, but I found him and...." He takes a deep breath, looking at his hands. "I don't really know what we would do here because it's not like there's a lot to do here. Sometimes I just want to talk to him. About anything."
Henry looks up. "Is that...weird?"

Because he has no idea how long he has, how long they have, but he can't tell her 'by the way I know my dad is going to die.' At least not right now, not while she thinks she's Natalie.
"I still want to do something special for him though. I just don't know what."

"Fishing..maybe. Camping sounds good. I guess with mom...a mom, I never did stuff like that."
He almost said moms, plural, but caught himself. "Maybe he'd like sailing?" He smiles at Natasha - Natalie. "You give really good advice. I guess you have the right job," he grins, feelng a little cheeky about it.

"Thanks," Henry says with a smile, not minding the hair ruffle at all in this case. "I just want him to like hanging out with me. I'm pretty sure he does." He really isn't too worried about that part, not as much as he had been the first time in New York.

See? He gets it, but sometimes talking it out with a superhero-turned-counselor is best.

"Now. Shouldn't you be in class?" Because no, she hasn't forgotten that, Henry, and knows exactly what time it is.
is that a wrap?
"Thanks, Ms. Rushman. For ll the advice."
