The Story:
daisy johnson » tell me what you've come for.
[ Caitlin, I've been going over the data we collected, and I found some disconcerting results. Your body's chemistry is changing in ways that I don't fully understand, but one thing is clear. These powers you have, the more you use them, the more difficult they're going to be to reverse. I'm sorry, honey, but listen to me. You must not use these powers under any circumstances.OPEN
Despite the lurching of her stomach, a brief wave of dizziness that passes over her with closed eyes, her mother's words still ring in Caitlin's ears. She'd slammed her hands down on the desk, flash-freezing it and the computer in a sudden spike of anger. But as she settles, she can't feel the ice under her palms anymore. Her powers make the cold impossible to register, but the slickness of the ice is gone. The surface touching her skin isn't as smooth, but it's softer, more yielding. And as she slides her flattened hands forward, it shifts with her, fabric gathering by her fingertips.
Something's wrong. Something more than out-of-control powers and chunks of her hair turning white and her lips turning blue. Something...
The memories come back to her in a rush. Wonderland. Seeing Dr. Wells again. Summerween. Becoming a man, becoming a mutant, becoming a witch. How could she have forgotten about this? How could it have slipped her attention? And how is she back? It feels like months since she's been here, and, in reality, it has been. But she'd escaped somehow, resumed her place in the timeline, and now, now she's been plucked out of it again. ] No...
[ If only her muttered protest would stop what she sees when she opens her eyes. A tearoom. Caitlin sits at a table in one of the mansion's tearooms, just as if she never left. She can only faintly feel the warmth radiating from the nearby teapot. ]
No! [ In a flash, she's on her feet, the chair she occupied tipped over onto the floor with a crash. Her hands slam onto the table, covering everything in a thick layer of ice. The temperature in the room drops suddenly. And as she hears movement behind her, she spins on her heel, hands raised and loosing a sharpenedd shard of ice at the noise. ]
coming soon!

Raising her hands in front of her face, the shards shattered into fragments. Some of which still managed to hit her in the face. It felt like, well, shards of glass. Hissing in pain, Daisy stumbled backwards.]
What the hell?!

What do you want?

Eyes falling to the woman's hands as fog rolled off of them, Daisy quickly made eye contact with her again.]
I heard screaming. I came to see what was going on.
[Clearly something was going on.]
What happened?

[ Her voice is practically dripping with frustration as she repeats the question. ]
What happened is that I was home. This place had sent me back just long enough for things to go completely sideways before yanking me back here.
[ She slams a hand down on another table, the covering flash-freezing in a split second. ]
As if this wasn't enough, let's add Wonderland on top of it again

It didn't take a genius to figure out what happened after her rant.]
You got powers when you went back?
no subject
Very good. Nice to know you're not as dumb as you look.

Didn't realize I looked dumb. Maybe you should try calming down though. You know, before you do something you'll regret.
