Zack's murderous grin fades as he inspects his victim more carefully. This guy has a much larger nose than he remembers. And that brown hair... Yes, it's messed up, but it's also got grey in it and there are sideburns on the man's face.
The thing that sticks out the most, though, was that the man's left eye was making minute, panicky movements that only a real eye could make. A real eye that had blood vessels and a dilating pupil and wasn't made of glass.
This guy is definitely not Doctor Danny.
