let's climb the cliff edge and jump again [open]
Who: Mae, Mirror Mae, and YOU
Where: Mirrorside, Real side
When: Throughout the event
Rating: PG - PG-13 for potential violence and disassociation
Summary: Mirror Mae wants to smash
The Story:
Mirror side - Mae
It happens early on, and it happens quickly. Suddenly, Mae is in a completely different place, and all the colors are gone. And the first thing on her mind is panic because it must be happening again. She thought she was doing okay in this strange new world but clearly she's not, because it's all happening again.
But after sitting still and breathing for awhile doesn't make it go away, or at least go fuzzy at the edges, she pulls out her phone and starts checking the network. Eventually she pieces it together. This is an event. Her very first event, and of course it involves Mirrors. She remembers reading somewhere about what the Mirrorside looked like. So that's where she is.
She hasn't gone crazy. Not yet, at least.
Events are hostile, she's heard, and Mirrors even moreso, so she spends the event in avoidance mode. She hides. She moves silently. She sneaks to and from the kitchen and finds small, enclosed places to sleep in. She tries to find fellow Reals.
And she tries to stay focused. She knows what happens when she gets unfocused.

somethingbroke
She moves silently. But she doesn't hide.
This Mae doesn't say a word, and she doesn't seem to emote much. She prowls the halls with her baseball bat, deftly avoiding looking into any mirrors. She's looking for something. Or rather, someones. The Queen might not have technically tasked her, specifically, with hunting down traitor Mirrors, but she's on board with the idea all the same. Violence is good. Violence makes sense.
She has no interest in Reals at all, and no interest in messing with her own Real. The Real Mae doesn't have any treasured possessions here in Wonderland, anyway. The Mirror stops and stares in an unsettling manner at people, and when she realizes that they're just normal Reals, she moves on. Unless any of them try to get in her way, she has no business with them.
Traitorous Mirrors? She's coming for you.
