Dorian's just passing through, enjoying the wintery wonderland (which is in the middle of June for some reason?) around him. It's a rare thing indeed, and he shall experience this beauty too.

Which is why he takes an interest in Newt's snow creatures. They were exotic, enchanting... Well, Newt is a wizard. Perhaps Dorian ought to sate his own curiosity.
