Who: Bill Cipher, a Magical book, and some hapless victims!
Where: ANYWHERE a single floating potentially possessed piece of literature can reach

Summary: Bill receives a rather intriguing gift and can't resist bringing it everywhere with him
The Story:
Every now and then you can find them, open rooms in Wonderland that don’t really go anywhere, likely just the extra space allotted for the next unfortunate captives. Today just such a room has its door wide open, the only possession inside what appears to be a massive grey tomb inscribed with the title: THE GOOD HOSTESS' ETIQUETTE GUIDE
That is—if you happen to see the title. See, there is a chance the pages might already be open to something else, or heck, even FLIPPING BEFORE your EYES, because whether you are aware or not, a certain Triangle is messing with the ONLY object Wonderland has ever graced him with the ability to touch and YOU ARE INTERRUPTING hout a place of his own, Bill has stopped caring about where he leaves his junk.
Feel free to see the book not just lounging in places it doesn’t belong, but freely floating down the halls with a mind of it’s own. Chances are, you're not alone.
