It's about a g-girl who has cat ears and she's kind of self-conscious about them but she also has this magical power where she can control someone's mind if she kisses them so she uses it to help solve her problems but she figures out that's not the way to help people or herself and there's this love triangle and in season two her friends get in on it and they fight crime!!!!!!!!!!

... Oh, and uh, I d-don't know if Chara's ever seen the original series. I just know they knew the sequel. Which is terrible.
