Unfortunately, that's going to get her. Her body has extensive cybernetics, just like the real Shepard, but their placement is different; it's through her nerves, her organs, but not grown around, just jammed inside. Moreso, it's Reaper tech- which Legion will probably catch quickly.

She also doesn't have her telltale tac cloak, that the real Shepard would absolutely be employing if in this situation. But at this point, she's just staying still, not realizing Legion has already found her.
