Summary: Patterson returns to Wonderland after a canon update + making the best of Wonderland
The Story:
Hot Tub
Some days, it feels like there isn't much of anything positive to say about Wonderland, but then she remembers there's an actual hot tub in the mansion. Why she hasn't been here more often, she doesn't know because it's honestly fantastic. She's also convinced that if she could just go home to a hot tub everyday at home, she'd be so much more relaxed in general. But she's not home, she's in Wonderland, and she's definitely going to enjoy this more.
It's early evening when she wanders down there usually, and sometimes she has a glass of red wine propped just outside the hot tub, sipping at her leisure.
Lobby...with Science!
As much as she can control anything here, Patterson feels like there are sometimes these fleeting opportunities to actually have what amounts to a little bit of fun. In the case of today, that fun comes in the form of a few simple experiments that might call up the days of childhood for others here. She's happy and willing to help anyone who's interested, and there's a good variety to choose from.
Rooftop
Patterson has always had an ardent love for the starsprobably because her father is legit Bill Nye the Science Guy no it's really true so she likes to come up to the roof and make notes about what she sees. The stars aren't always the same here, and it's interesting for someone like her, giving her something new to look forward to each time she's up here. She's also started building a spyglass and she holds up what she has so far, smiling as she looks through it. Then she makes some more notes to herself, ways she needs to improve what she's created, and also more notes about what she's seen in the sky tonight.
