Misty shakes her head, not pitying Gren but feeling for those of his world that deserved so much better. Not even knowing them, she's sure they deserved better than being treated like that, tossed aside and ignored.

"I'm so sorry you all lived through that. It's horrible. Having lived in the shadows because of what I am, that's just awful." Yeah it may sound slightly like pity, though not for him exactly.

"Sorry I'm lecturing. I just... I want to see you happy if you can be here. I think everyone deserves it." But she's going to try and see that it happens for him if she can.
