[Here's the thing. In the grand scheme of things, Shepard has been gone approximately a month from Wonderland. Just a little over on each side, but that's negligible. That said, while time has passed back home, it's mostly been spent in a bleary recovery haze from being nearly rended to shreds. That is to say, when Shepard wakes up in her old room and it's devoid of all her stuff, it doesn't register that she's actually gone- she just thinks she slept really, really deeply.

Pulling herself to her feet with a stretch, she makes her way down the hallway to the more occupied rooms, waving down whoever she sees first.]
