Summary: Open log for the Persona 4 event! Everyone is spending some time as students and instructors at Yasogami High School in Inaba, Japan.
The Story:
For the weekend, everyone is either a teacher or a student at a Japanese high school. Enjoy Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and look forward to exams on Monday.

[Wirt laughs a little bit, but it's an honest relief to see Louis. It's good to feel like he did the right thing by coming here on his own.]

I mean, it still feels like it might? But I definitely needed a break, you're right. I don't know if I can ever look at another math problem again.

[He comes and sits right by Louis and starts putting together his clarinet.]

What about you though? Are you nervous about exams like, at all?

[teamfun]

That's the beauty of the semester being nearly over. Soon, you won't have to for like, the entierty of summer. We can chill out for the entire time, it's gonna be great.

[They're within spitting distance of sweet, sweet freedom. He makes a soft 'pppft' sound at Wirt's question, shrugging.]

Nah. I'll either pass 'em or I won't. If I haven't got it all in my brain by now, I never will, so there's no point in stressing out about it.

[singloversing]

Yeah, I'm totally looking forward to classes being over for a little while.

[Wirt loves learning, but school is kind of terrible for a whole bunch of reasons. He'd definitely rather it be summer where he can just play music, read anything he wants, and write whatever he wants.]

I wish I could be that calm about it though. I'm pretty sure I've been stressed like, every single day of my life.

[teamfun]

[Louis lets out a soft 'psfft' noise, waving his hand like his continued laconic way of going about things was no big thang. ]

I don't think I'd know stress if it bit me on the ass.

[Not true, he just hides his under layers and layers of jokes and THIS IS FINE.]

I'll teach you my skills, by next term you might even be a master yourself.

[singloversing]

What, a master of being cool, calm, and collected?

[He laughs a little. Despite what he says, he's actually fairly relaxed with Louis. He doesn't have a lot of people he really feels at ease around, so it really shows when they're together. He jokes and teases just a little easier.]

I don't think that's possible. It's like teaching a fish to fly - it's just not going to happen. I'm just doomed to be a wreck for the rest of my days.

[teamfun]

[Louis has always taken note that Wirt is more relaxed around him than most other people. He's genuinely touched by it- he understands there's a lot of faith put into him for this to happen, and he never aims to break that.

So when Wirt gets a dismissive hand waggle and a more dismissive 'pppft' noise, it's all in jest.]

Well, I could teach you how to fake it. That's almost as good as the real thing. Self-denial is the cornerstone of making people believe you'd got it together.

[singloversing]

That does sound pretty tempting...but on the other hand, I'm pretty sure everyone ever would know I'm a huge faker, so it might totally backfire on me.

[After all, everyone's pretty used to how Wirt currently is. It would probably seem weird if he suddenly started acting differently now, two years into high school.]

[teamfun]

Only might though.

[He winks. Yeah no, they would definately notice.]

I guess I could settle with teaching you to have better coping mechanisms. That's not completely out of the range of possibility.

[singloversing]

[Wirt makes a little bit of a face.]

I don't cope that badly...

[Yes he does. He literally almost didn't come to club today and he's been working himself into a panic over exams.]

[teamfun]

[He's just gonna. Stare. With one eyebrow slowly rising skyward.]

Uh huh.

[singloversing]

I don't!

[The stubbornness fades the longer Louis looks at him like that though, because he's absolutely right.]

...A-Alright, maybe I do. Like, a little.

[teamfun]

Yup. There we go.

[He'll reach over to ruffle Wirt's hair.]

Lucky for you, I'm willing to put up with that, 'cause it's part of your charm.

[singloversing]

[Wirt makes such a face, both at the hair ruffling and the comment.]

I'm pretty sure it's not even a little charming, but alright.

[teamfun]

[He's going to have to put up with it forever. This is the price of Louis' friendship.]

I think I'll decide what's charming around here. I have the expert knowledge, and all.
