Ding-Ding! Gargoyle vs. Vampires part 2 [Complete]
Who: Demona, Kamui (
bloodlust_twin), and Subaru (
gentle_vampyre)
Where In a hallway close to the Library
When: After the senses event, in the evening
Rating: PG-13 for violence
Summary: Demona doesn't easily forget things. Especially people who manage to hurt her as badly as Kamui did. And as she flips through another set of books, searching for that elusive key to the mansion's power (that likely doesn't exist), a compelling scent distracts her from her task.
the Story:
The dry pages felt like sand through her claws, and the information held in the book was just as elusive. Demona snapped it shut with a hiss in frustration. Even the much vaulted Library was failing her. As she tapped her claws on the cover of the book, she caught a scent that set her eyes burning red. "The vampire," she growled, quickly taking a position by the door. One of them was close, she could smell it, but Demona couldn't tell which one by smell alone. But it didn't really matter, they both would suffer eventually.
