Severus growled softly at the sound of the laugh. He hated that laugh, hated that voice. Arrogant James Potter was indeed back and Severus was cursing that fact. He could hear that voice and it ground his nerves.

"Nothing you do is helpful," came the responding retort, followed closely by, "Impedimenta!"

Unfortunately, Snape was a bit off his mark as he scrambled to his feet. How did he know? The fist-sized hole that was blasted through the door was a really good indication.
