Saffron pushed her stool back quickly to avoid getting tea on her shirt, then shook her head as she searched for a towel to wipe it up. "Of course it isn't fair. The Mansion pulls people in as it pleases. You either accept it and try to be happy while you're here or you spend your whole time miserably searching for a way home."
