Truthfully Philip likely wouldn't even know enough details about Daniel's amnesia to feel all too ashamed about his previous comment, even if he was in a state to feel said amount of shame on account of his previous comment.

He'll stay silent for now in any case, focusing his attention on getting Daniel away from the dance music as fast as his current state will allow.
