[It's something that Martha's considered as well, no worries about that. She thinks it over for a moment before shrugging.]

I talked this over with someone else. We didn't recognize each other, so I think if we are fictional in some time or place, it must not be a very well-known one.

[Martha doesn't think it's something they need to worry over too much. She knows that she's real. She's not going to let this place make her doubt that.]

Think about it. Word travels across the galaxy, eventually the story of the Doctor and his companions becomes more like a myth. People write it down as fiction, and then... [Then reality becomes something else. But it doesn't undermine who they are in any way. What's stranger is realizing that Harry and Hermione and Ron are all real people.]
