Ridiculous is probably a good word for it, but honestly, there are a lot of modern updates to cars that Martha would rather not be without. The aircon and radio are both must-haves, as far as she's concerned, and now she can show Evelyn the light when it comes to that.
It's not as if Martha has any intention to kill anyone, but she wonders if this event is going to force her hand. She's hoping not, but it isn't as if that would be outside of Wonderland's scope.
As she settles into the driver's seat, Martha considers Evelyn's question. Almost immediately, she wants to answer "no," but she quickly realizes that's not actually the case...
"Well, sort of." She puts the key into the ignition, but doesn't actually start the car up just yet. She'd rather explain herself in regards to this subject while they're still parked. "Remember how I told you I went back in time to 1930's New York? While I was there, the Doctor and I encountered these... well, they'd once been human, but they'd been mutated into these pig men." Which sounds completely mad, she knows that, but she's being completely truthful.
"After being altered, their minds were gone. They were essentially nothing more than mindless minions, but stakes were high and we were being attacked by them, and so I..." Martha trails off. A lot of people might not even count that, but she certainly does, and she isn't about to forget it.
