are you dreaming of death?
Who: Martha Jones, Caroline Forbes, Clara Oswald, D'Artagnan, Jacuzzi Splot, John Blake
Where: The mine.
When: Over the course of the event (10/3 - 10/7)
Rating: PG-13 for monster fighting.
Summary: Martha wakes up in a mine with no supplies, no communicator, nothing. And when the monsters come along, she's got to do all she can to survive.
The Story:
After the past event had been almost enjoyable, Martha's prepared for this next one to be a right mess. Their warning this time around had been far too vague for her to piece out anything, and considering that the event starts a day before what she's used to (haven't they always started on Fridays?), Martha's completely disoriented when she wakes up.
Because she's somewhere very dark and she's laying on something very hard. Her bed is usually an absolute joy and she loves it to death, so this is a rude awakening to say the least.
The shock forces her upward into a sitting position, but that disturbs the dirt around her, kicking up dust that causes her to cough. As she tries to clear the dust and dirt from her lungs, Martha drags herself to her feet and looks around the dimly lit area.
It's quiet, deathly quiet, and Martha doesn't even have her phone on her, so there's no way for her to check and see if anyone else is around. That's different, but she tries to keep her calm. She has no idea what this mine has in store for her, but it can't be good. Still, sticking in one spot isn't going to do her any good, and so after she takes a moment to compose herself, she starts to explore the area.
