He's almost certain of who this man is even before meeting him. Cordelia has definitely done a very good job at describing him before hand. No facial hair with a stony face. Can't dress himself. She was very clear in all the things that made Angel--Angel. He's actually not that surprised to see him though. He expected to run into him eventually. It's real easy to figure out you're not the only vampire in this joint. He thought he'd come around sooner, but he can't really say he's not happy to see the guy. The way Cordelia described him made him sound like a full blown hero. He's nice to see someone that might understand what Benny is going through.

He doesn't wanna have to round up the hunter brigade to keep this guy off his ass. He's hoping he can make friends before things get strained.
