To see someone that obviously was not a zombie by the way they were moving. It causes him to roll his eyes and slide down the tree to sit on the ground. He's so tired, hell if it was a zombie, he'd let it eat him right now. His machete is gripped tightly by both hands as he watches the familiar face get closer and closer. Actually, he's probably the one that looks like a zombie.
Adam isn't killing him though, and that's something he notices immediately, but makes no effort to comment on. Instead he lulls his head back against the tree as he tries to refill his lungs. He'd lost Scott and assaulted Derek, he's fed up. He's so done there isn't enough of anything in wonderland to change his mind. ]
