Crowley would partially agree if thinking about it didn't make him so uncomfortable. He was asking this very question of Aziraphale all the way back in the Beginning. And if you take the idea that it's all really part of some ineffable Plan, and everything that happens is part of that Plan, then you have to wonder if all the Evil you'd done was ever really Evil.
