not the strangest thing that's ever happened -- OPEN
Who: (Girl!)D'Artagnan and YOU
Where: The Gazebo and the general vicinity of Wonderland
When: Thursday and Friday
Rating: M to be safe
Summary: D'Artagnan is fascinated with the new gazebo. Too bad he doesn't realize what it'll do to him.
The Story:
D'Artagnan stares at the large, ah-- what was it called? Right, right-- gazebo that now sits on the grounds in place of the fountain. He'd heard that the fountain and pond had disappeared and this building appeared in their wake, but he hadn't quite believed it. Not until now, of course, as he stares at it.
It's not ugly, which is nice. It's just different. And D'Artagnan has rather fond memories of the fountain-- particularly of shoving Luke into it when they first met, but that's neither here nor there, really-- so he's sad to see it go, in a way. Maybe it'll return, though, as Wonderland is wont to do with anything it has control over. Residents, fountains, what's the difference really?
After he's done examining the place, he decides that it can't be all bad. Perhaps it'll be a good place to read? Yes. He ventures into the library for a book and returns to the gazebo, fitting himself against one of the columns and flipping open the book. It's not until he's about 25 pages in that he notices a change. His wrists are slimmer, for one, as are his fingers. His arms still bear the muscles necessary to carry a sword, but the rest of his body seems changed as well.
Oh dear.
He drops his book and stands quickly, patting himself down through his loose clothing. He's slim still, and lithe, but there are curves where there weren't before-- his hips and behind, for one, not to mention his chest-- and when his hand wanders down between his thighs to find a flatness that's familiar but...not, well.
Well.
That's new, certainly.
