Natasha flicks on the stereo nearby, but it's not loud enough to drown out conversation. She has to give her instructions on what to do with the punching bag first, which she does, walking her through the initial training exercise and getting Darcy set on a pattern she intends to drill into her over the next hour or so until it's habit. it'll also help her focus, perhaps even clear her head.

Once Darcy gets into it, a steady stream of repetitive motions while Natasha watches with a critical eye, she finally decides to bring up the topic again.
