I don't know how many people will want to talk about some of the more unpleasant things they went through back home, but I suppose it's worth a shot. [If they agree to keep it all anonymous (at least to a point), then that might help people feel more comfortable with it.
She eats some of her steak and quite literally chews it over.] I could also keep some kind of log in the clinic that people could come fill out if they saw fit. [Or she could ask people to write in it when they happened to be there anyway. Regardless of what they end up doing, at least this is something else she can occupy her thoughts with.]
