Gabriel smirks knowingly not at all detered by his response. He turns his back as he takes a few paces away from William. With a roll of his shoulders his muscles shift under the skin and from his back sprout the pair of black feathered wings. With it Gabriel answers with a pointed,
"And for me to find out."
He tilts his head as his wings spread, quivering before drawing in to fold on his back, giving the other quite a view. It's not meant to show off, more like revealing you have a gun hidden under your jacket, a warning to show he's quite armed and quite serious. A glance over one shoulder before he turns to address William once more.
"Really now, and she has given you a way to protect yourself from me? Because a knife really won't do much for you." He glances around as if looking for that very thing and finding nothing. How sad.
"Oh." Something seems to dawn on him, "That's right, your bodyguard is on the other side. I suppose that just proves where his real loyalties lie." He shrugs.
"Unless you both share the same, which, I assume you do and you lied earlier to protect her from me. Furthermore, if you are that strong to defend yourself from me, why would you need an Archangel to protect you?"
He stalks forward with a dark grin, "Now. Are you going to continue this charade or will I have to hurt you to get the answers I want?"
