"I'm not sure if any of them will show up here, but you never know," Steve remarks with a shrug. This way Bucky will have some idea of what to expect if any of them do show up, which is entirely possible given how much Wonderland seems to enjoy kidnapping people from their world.
Bucky gives him the out to move on and track down everyone else here who'll need to be informed that he's back. That's Steve's duty, but there's a part of him that wishes he could just stay here and enjoy Bucky's simple presence for a little longer.

"Just... you're not allowed to go anywhere, okay? No leaving Wonderland without my say so." He quirks a smile, making sure Bucky knows it's a joke because neither of them have any control over that. But Steve's not sure what he would do if Bucky vanished.
