Summary: HYDRA Verity throughout the event.
The Story:
- [28th] "You felt the coldness in my eyes, and something I'm not revealing,"
- She woke, head fuzzy and feeling somewhat like she'd been hit by a bus. Her name, her memories, her friends and family... she had none of the above. Put simply, she was a tool and tools had no need for such trivial things. They only got in the way of the mission, so they were removed. She couldn't say she was okay with that, but that was only because she didn't have an opinion. They were also needless wastes of brainpower. She had a mission to fulfil and she wouldn't be allowed to rest until it was completed. She was only given knowledge she'd need--a vast array of hand to hand combat techniques, usage of a plethora of weapons, and the details of her mission.
HYDRA was the only route to world peace. Their ideals and their control. She knew this, but the unfortunate people of Wonderland did not. Not yet, at least. There were some sparse few that understood the mission, but in order for this to work, everyone needed to follow the path, and that was her mission. Put the strays on the right path or take them out of the equation all together. She was just human, but she was uniquely able to weed out those trying to deceive the cause.
She'll spend this first day getting her bearings and familiarising herself with the locals. Some knew her, some didn't, but she didn't know any of them. Some were on her side and others... needed to be convinced that her side was the right side.
[OOC: Running into Verity on the first day will be the safest. She'll just be checking the situation out, not really hurting anyone.] - [29th-1st] "Though you got used to my disguise, You can't shake this awful feeling,"
- She'd spent some time looking around, now it was time for action. Those she'd marked as targets would find themselves met with an entirely different person than the one they knew. She dressed in a tight-fitting, sleeveless shirt, skin tight jeans--both to ensure she didn't have anything for someone to grab onto if it came down to a fight--with a belt that strapped a few small and sleek weapons to her hip, and kept her hair pulled up tight, pinned close to her head in a braided bun, finished off with a pair of fingerless black gloves. Over her shirt she wore a loose jacket that concealed the weapons strapped about her person. She was ready for a fight, should things go sour during negotiations.
Her first victim was spotted and she'd approach with a sway to her step, but if her target seemed uneasy, she'd put on a sweet smile in an attempt to ease them. She'd start with a casual, "hey there, handsome" or "hey there, beautiful" depending on the gender of her target. Let her get too close and you'd better hope you can overpower her...
[OOC: When engaged, Verity will be quick and very agile. She will try to disable quickly because she knows she can't overpower most in a match of physical strength. She carries an assortment of blades and metal plates over her knuckles under her gloves.] - [2nd] "Just praying you won't remember..."
- Verity can be found out in the gardens, sitting by the fountain, with her head in her hands, fingers tangled up into her hair. Her head was killing her. A murderous throb from the false information that had been implanted in her brain. Some of which still lingered, much to her amazement. Right down to the muscle memory, but she wasn't sure she wanted it given its origins. She'd wanted to learn to fight, sure, but this wasn't how...
Approach her and she'll look up, she'll even engage in conversation, but she'll try to avoid anything and everything to do with HYDRA unless you bring it up first, and will only answer direct questions about it with a slough of apologies for her actions.
