"Perhaps he always knew how, he simply lacked the power." His frown persists, dark eyebrows drawn downwards, and he knows that they've come to a dangerous twist in the plot, one he simply can't keep to himself and yet isn't quite sure how to breach and give it the proper weight it deserves.
To be perfectly honest, he's still not quite sure how he feels about it.
