The Subject can tell that she might have said something wrong. To be fair, she meant the phrase 'James Bond stuff' the same way she'd say 'mosh pits are cool.' It's not so much a serious statement as it is just a funky way to say something and keep the conversation lighthearted. But she doesn't really mean that spies are anything like Bond (James Bond) - they're probably way more serious and careful. There's probably a ton of boring paperwork too.
And if anything she's impressed to meet an actual spy. The Bond girl thing was a compliment as well. Too late, the Subject realizes that it might not sound that way.
Also, she still doesn't know if she's being recruited into this sort of thing, and how to feel about it in general. She shifts her feet, unsure and also a little embarrassed about the Bond comparison. "Well then, uhh. I dunno... To be honest, it's a little weird." Photography has always been an artistic outlet to her, and definitely not something inherently practical. Turning it into something for spying feels a little... like surveillance. She's had bad experiences with that. Now that she's had a bit more time to think about it, it feels kinda dirty. It's cool that the Agent is a spy, but... it's not really the Subject's cup of tea.
