Then she is... leaving? She is leaving. Why is she leaving? "Hey, wait up!" He would say her name if they had even exchanged those yet, but they didn't so he lets out a little noise at his failed attempt. "I don't even know where I am or what to do!"

Normally, Peter has super human speed, which can overtake a car with ease. In his current state, he's as fast as a professional runner. It means he is chasing after her at the moment. He trusts getting answers from her far more than the mansion which is kind of hard to focus on.
