Avoid the lower floors, they're quickly getting overrun. The fifth floor bar is closed off now - nothings going in or out. There's the diner on the top floor still open for people looking for a place to bunk down though. And some sort of fort out in the woods, I've heard, although I haven't been there myself to see it. I think there's some people up on the roof, too.
