[closed] The night is long
Who: Cullen Rutherford, Garret Hawke, Garret Hawke's mabari & Dorian Pavus
Where: 1st floor
When: Friday, July 22
Rating: PG
Summary: Dog kisses. Moustache paintings. On the bright side, this is probably the most rest Cullen's gotten in a decade.
The Story:
To say he finished his reports would be a generous statement. There is no new information to record. No tasks to oversee. There is nothing, save for their stagnant imprisonment, and the utter lack of progress in how to end it. Well. There is a wealth of frustration building through forced inertia, and a training centre to leave it at. Cullen fetches his gear, and makes his way down the corridor.
He makes it roughly halfway, when he spots the purple cloud. When he sees it ahead of him Cullen thinks it resembles some sort of entropic mist, and wonders if his abilities provide enough resistance to risk closer investigation. When a second cloud suddenly floods the corridor around him Cullen wonders where it came from, and thinks he ought to get out of reach as quickly as possible.
He manages two decently long steps before he unceremoniously drops to the floor.
