[Closed] Tell me you love me
Who: Mr and Mrs Winchester
Where: Their room
When: August 31st
Rating: PG-13, possibly R?
Summary: John and Mary have average day. Well, as average as a dead woman and her old husband can get.
Warnings: Winchesters, smooching.
The Story:
[John wakes up slow these days. He never used to, back when he was on the road, in motels and shitty apartments too close to noisy highways. That kind of life isn't great for someone who gets nightmares like most men his age get heartburn, and for the first time in decades he's getting peace. Mostly because the subject of so many of those nightmares now tucks into the bed beside him. It's like his body just knows
He dozes for a while, content to soak in all the warmth from the bed and his small wife. He'd forgotten how much freaking heat she'd thrown off, at first, but now he couldn't get enough. Sleepily, he pulls her in closer to his side, trapping her between the bed and his body. No one's getting out of bed this morning, nope. With no real shit to do, he could probably doe here and be fine with it.
Eventually, he stirs himself into reluctant wakefulness. The sunlight streaming through the blinds sends a sharp pain right through his eyeball into his brain and he can't help but growl a little. There's dark and comfort in the crook of Mary's neck, and he tucks his head there to escape the reality of the day.
Well. Relative reality. ]
