The Story:

➳ Tattoo Parlor

[ On the fifth floor in room 51, Jane's working on a tattoo, wrapping up and giving instructions for how to take care of it. She's replaced the solid front door with a glass door with the hours she's there posted, that way people can come and go and know that it's not a room where someone lives. As she says goodbye to her current patron, she begins to sterilize everything, never too careful, not taking the fact that it's Wonderland for granted. Someone walks in and she glances over, smiling. ]

Hey, there. Give me a second to refill this ink and then I'm all yours.

➳ Gym

[ Today, Jane is seriously going at it with the sparring dummy. The thing doesn't stand a chance, and she takes a break, panting softly and wiping sweat away from her forehead with a towel. If a willing partner were to come along, she'd be more than happy to go head to head with them. Her style is very routine, very military and structured. She knows and yet doesn't know where it comes from, but she can't shake it. This sort of order feels right, so she doesn't alter it. She has no music today, so anyone who may want to partner up can easily ask without having to wave their hands to get her attention. ]

➳ Coffee Shop

[ Jane still prefers coffee over tea. She knows at some point she liked a specific type of tea, but there's something about the smell of roasting beans, the warmth that comes from a place solely dedicated to serving coffee and pastries, that makes Jane feel like she's in a safe place. That, and it feels like Oscar pushed tea on her. She can't prove that (because she still has no real memories of their relationship), but it makes her never want tea again. So, she's here now with a large cup and a sweet treat, book in hand though she's not really reading so much as people watching. She tries to focus, but it's more fun to see who she recognizes and who she doesn't as people come and go. There's an extra chair across from her, not at all unavailable even though she's currently the sole occupant of the table. ]

➳ Wild card
