[Closed] Well, its too long living the same old lives
Who: Clint Barton and Bucky Barnes
Where: Somewhere in the jungle
When: During the Event Jan 13-16
Rating: PG+
Summary: Clint and Bucky run into each other in the jungle
The Story:
Clint was really getting sick of waking up in places he didn't recognize. At least this time he had all his memories- but not his bow and he could have really used his bow right now. The pack he woke up with didn't have anything useful in it- just some food and water (which ok, was helpful but not against things that wanted to eat him).
He'd spent the first day of this weird event making his way into the jungle towards the temple which seemed like the only choice. He'd picked up a sword off a dead skeleton and he really didn't want to think about that. He wasn't sure who signed them up for jungle safari but he wasn't amused.
And now...now there were blood thirsty undead skeletons chasing him- and those screams. He was going to be hearing those screams in his sleep.
He had given them the slip at the moment and was leaning against a tree trying to catch his breath.

He has no idea where anyone else is. Not a single person.
The jungle is dense and hard to navigate, but he works his way through it fast, keeps moving until he loses them. It's hot, he needs to find water and the others, and now that he's not being chased, he pushes through the trees quieter. He breaks into a small clearing and Clint.
"You good?" He crosses the space between them, glancing around but they're alone for now. "Any chance you know what this place is?"

He straightened up, sticking his sword into the ground and leaning on the hilt. He was getting too old for this. "No idea, some weird version of Egypt? At least thats what that pyramid reminds me of. You come across anyone?"

Which bothered Bucky. Their group in Wonderland wasn't small, he should've run into someone else while, well, running. There was a chance that the jungle was just that big. He wouldn't let himself think of anything worse.
"Have you?"
no subject
He looks around the clearing, trying to get his bearings. "Then those things started chasing me. We should probably move, before they figure out where we are."

He's not sure if everyone woke up the same way that they did, but the pyramids caught the eye and a lot of people would gravitate towards them.
"We'll need to get there before dark."
