Minato tugged on Souji's sleeve to have him at least sit on the bed with him. He nodded. He did feel better. He was happy. The dreams about where he should be would be inevitable. But when he woke up, he would be here and alive.

"I should ask that of you."

He had to protect Souji. He had to do everything he could for him, and even on top of that, he had no way of repaying him at all.
