[open] Icy Water
Who: Leonard Snart and YOU
Where: in various rooms
When: throughout the event
Rating: there's gonna be a vamp attack potentially, but mostly nothing too graphic
Summary: Leonard is helping those in need, like a partner who hates to swim or be chilly and various people that worry about the state of their hair. Overall he can be found trying to schedule his people for different rooms, getting food and wishing he could JUST ONCE use his gun for something useful during an event.
a] KITCHEN
Dripping wet - non-surprisingly - but still mostly clothed, long sleeved shirt and dark jeans, as well as the cold gun against his thigh, Leonard returns to the kitchen every now and then, since he's quickly discovered that the cupboards there are still functional and he has a handful of people to take care of. At least he's barefoot, because that's just common sense.
In part to conserve air, he never sticks around for long, simply packs away as much food as he can reasonably manage and gets back into the water, but it's still possible to catch him there.
b] A ROOM
Since he has a handful of people to organise, he needs to survey rooms so he knows which ones are empty and still contain breathable air. As such he might at any moment be the one to open a door to an already occupied room, hand hovering near the cold gun, wet clothes clinging to him.
It's also possible to come across him as he's already in a room, surveying it. Feel free to drop by!
c] WILDCARD
If Leonard knows someone and cares enough, he might likely have already been ensuring they go to the right rooms at the right time from the beginning and throughout the event. The people this pertains to know who they are.
Or maybe someone wants to meet him underwater for some water ballet?
