Minato loved that smile. Souji didn't smile often like that, and Minato hoped that maybe, just maybe, it was just for him.

After they had finished eating all of the cake and ice cream and cleaned up, Minato went about turning on all the little LED tea lights around the room in lieu of having Souji blow out any candles on a cake.
