[OPEN] I know I've been a little distant...
Who: Neku Sakuraba and YOU
Where: the entrance hall
When: all of 8/18
Rating: PG13 for bad words probably
Summary: In order to cheer himself up (and other people too maybe), Neku is finally tagging a wall that isn't in his room. AKA graffiti and spray paint within! You can find him during the process and after to admire his work. Or yell at him. Probably mostly that.
The Story:
[Neku is wearing a baggy, paint-stained hoodie blue, said hood pulled up in true delinquent chic. He stands before a marble pillar, spraying a black can of paint over a large stencil. It's a vague shape of a cat from a bird's eye view as it nimbly races toward the ground and away from an angry, colorful splatter. Its path is a warped, barbed ladder that winds down and around the pillar and across the floor, where it becomes thick, racing hatched lines that resemble a railroad track. Those rails, rough things worn smooth by use, continue to the wall behind the column, the latter of which partially hides the rest of the piece.
On the wall is a rough, abstract direwolf with one blue tribal tattoo replacing a foreleg. It's calmly standing guard, its silver head cocked invitingly, but its sharp edges and long neck are hungry. The creature may remind some of Sansa's direwolf. The rail ends at its feet, where the road finally melts into a true, smooth ladder. Beyond the wolf is a large blue door leaning toward it like an old friend. The door is slightly ajar, hanging askew on its hinges. Behind that crack is a wild splatter of vibrant color, waiting for someone to brave the wolf and leap into the light.
All the finished lines have white and black outlines, like exaggerated cartoons. It's rough. It's simple. And it's possibly a little too angry. But it has a certain spark of life Wonderland may have been missing during that last event.
If you drop by later in the day, you can catch the cat on the pillar. Or well, see it; no one can catch cats. Its tail end is blurred for how fast it's running. Neku is tossing his shit in a bruise-colored messenger bag, desperate to hightail it outta there before Adult Supervision drops by. Who knows! On his way out, maybe he'll bump into someone]

It's on one of his explorations that he stumbles across the boy at work here and while he's unfamiliar with 'spraypaint', the artistic workings on the wall are still slightly familiar to him, casing him to pause and step closer for a more thorough examination. ]
Did you do all this yourself?

No, he's genuinely interested. Neku relaxes, lowering the can. A small smile alights his face]
Yeah. Street art's kind of my passion. I figure . . . [he shrugs a shoulder] people could use a pick-me-up.

When the boy relaxes again and grins, Brennan lets himself glance over and return it with a smile of his own. ]
Street art. Is that what it's called? We have many types of art where I come from, but nothing like this. It's fascinating. Is that... how do you paint it? [ He eyes the can the boy holds with a curious but baffled look. ]
