[OPEN] Living like a washed up celebrity

Who: Sayaka Maizono & YOU!
Where: In the mansion or one of the tears with alternate universes.
When: Throughout the event ( April 21st - 24th )
Rating: PG-13 to R! One of these tears will have violence and death.
Summary: In which this idol has to deal with invisible creatures and strange alternate universes. Sayaka's event catchall!
The Story:

Day 2-A: Monkey see-- wait I don't see anything

[Today was weirder than usual, Sayaka could have sworn that she heard some strange barking and meowing every so often? Every time she would try to find the source of the sound, she didn't see anything nearby that could have made that noise. At first she shrugged it off and assumed that she was just hearing things. Stranger things have happened in Wonderland, right?

As she was walking through the hallways, something invisible suddenly crashes into the window she happened to pass by, completely shattering the glass. She could hear something hissing at her and Sayaka immediately starts screaming.]

W-What is that?! What... what is going on?!

Day 2-B: Happy home, Happy hearts

[A small tear has appeared in the music room and inside that tear, is the view of a very happy looking father and daughter pair. The daughter is clearly Sayaka and she's giggling and waving at her father, getting ready to leave home.

"Bye Dad! I can't wait to tell you about what happens at school today."

Suddenly, a older woman quickly runs out, holding out a lunch box for Sayaka. "Sayaka, you silly girl! You nearly forgot your lunch."

"Oh, sorry about that mom! Thank you. I don't know what I would do without you."]

M-Mom...?

[Back in Wonderland Sayaka doesn't want to stop watching and is standing there, frozen in shock as she continues to watch the tear. Someone might need to pull her away?]

Day 4: You're tearing me apart, Lisa!

[Either by accident, or in order to escape the invisible zombies, Sayaka will end up jumping into one of the tears. Your character can follow her through the tears, or she ends up taking you with her in order to stay safe.]

Day 4-A: Kill your Idols

[Jumping into this tear was probably a huge mistake. The world is a complete disaster, the buildings all around are destroyed and in complete disarray. There doesn't seem to be any sign of much life in this city.

Despite the lack of people, music and singing could be heard from inside a nearby concert hall. Even though this world was pretty much like a dystopian setting, there was still some kind of concert going on? Curiously, Sayaka decides to check it out and finds herself standing in the audience of the concert. She narrows her eyes and watches the girl that was performing on stage, she already knew from the singing voice that the girl was herself.]

I hope that you enjoyed that performance from everyone's favorite idol, Sayaka Maizono. For all of my lovely fans, I have a huge favor I need to ask of you.

[At a glance this seems like a normal concert, but when you take a closer look at the Sayaka that's on stage. It's easy to tell that something is very wrong. Her eyes were bloodshot red, and the expression on her face is a look of someone that's gone completely mad with despair.]

Help me fill this world with despair. ♥ Crush any bit of hope and let's completely dye this world with nothing but a dark, hopeless despair.

[The concert ends with everyone in the audience cheering, proclaiming that they would help bring this world into despair. Everyone quickly rushes out, with the exception of the original Sayaka who is hiding behind some seats and the alternate Sayaka, who was gathering her things from the stage and getting ready to leave.

Maybe you were better off trying to fight invisible zombies.]

Day 4-B: It's time to swap talents!

[Luckily in this tear, the world is completely normal. Standing before you is the mighty and illustrious Hope's Peak Academy, a school that is well known in Japan for only scouting out students with talents. When stepping inside of the school, the hallways are long and grand and there are several rooms throughout the building. It really is the definition of a super private high school and it almost feels overwhelming. Sayaka's so busy looking shocked and taking the time to explore the school, that she and another girl end up running into each other.]

O-Ouch... sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you.

[When you and Sayaka turn your head to the very familiar voice, another version of Sayaka steps out, looking puzzled at the two of you. However, this alternate Sayaka has short hair, is wearing the Hope's Peak Academy uniform and despite that both Sayaka's have the same face, this alternate version of Sayaka somehow looks more plain and less glamerous than the original idol counter part. She looks plainfully average.

However, she does take note of the lack of Hope's Peak uniforms.]

[Day 2-A is a Wonderland prompt, Day 2-B is Sayaka looking into a tear watching AU!Sayaka and Day 4 features your character, original Sayaka, AU!Sayaka inside a tear. [Yeah, those buildings have definitely seen better days. And while that's got nothing to do with Ryoko, seeing something like that, well, she can't help but ask.]

What do you think happened to this place?

[Her memory might suck, but she knows this isn't normal. No way. There's no way she was living or being treated somewhere like this. Definitely not. So she's pretty confused about the whole thing.]

...and what was with that girl?

[The more she looked at this place, the more unreal it felt. It was as if they were in a real life horror move. She thought the events at Wonderland were scary but this was downright terrifying since this was their home.]

I'm... not sure. It's really unsettling, though. It's like an apocalypse of some sorts happened. What could have caused the world to feel so chaotic.

[Just thinking about it gave her goosebumps.]

T-That's what I was wondering too. [And why does she look like herself?] I'm also really worried... she mentioned "higher ups", right? I wonder, just who on earth could she be talking about?

[There was one possibility that crossed her mind. If that was her, then could she be talking about the rest of her class?

...

Now she really regretted thinking about that.]

...hmm.

[She'll think about this one while they walk, turning the thought over and over in her head, trying to keep it from wandering off.]

Maybe it was her manager?

[She didn't arrive at the same conclusion at all. Probably due to a lack of information at the moment.]

It was...I mean it looked like...um, I could be remembering wrong, but singers usually have managers, right? So the higher up could be a manager or someone at her label. Right? But why would they want to do any of that?

[There's definitely something missing here, but she's at a loss as to what it is. So she just frowns as she follows her friend.]

Y-Yeah! That makes a lot of sense. Because you are right. Back home, we had managers that would help us out. That really is the confusing part, isn't it? Hmm.. maybe the manager is corrupt, somehow.

[While Sayaka had some doubts, she was trying to convince herself that Ryoko's theory had to be right. It made perfect sense in her mind, but... she couldn't escape the dreadful feeling of something more terrible going on that she didn't know of.

The last thing she wanted to see was her entire class acting like that. It was hard for her to picture people like Ishimaru, Naegi or Asahina acting weird like that.

If Ryoko was listening carefully, she might hear Sayaka whisper something to herself.]

Y-Yeah, that has to be it. Surely Ishimaru-kun would never act like that...

[Suddenly, Sayaka stops and luckily for her, she was able to push that dreadful thought she had to the side.]

Hey, is it just me. Or... [She narrows her eyes.] Is that a tear I spot from afar?

Ishimaru-kun?

[That takes her by surprise. She has a number of questions here. What brought that on? What could they have to do with this? Or maybe who is that? But none of those get asked and the original question just hangs in the air for a moment, before...]

I don't remember what it looks like, but it doesn't look like anything else here. So it must be!

[It catches her by surprise when Ryoko says his name. Then it also just dawned on her that there's a good chance Ryoko might have forgot who he was for the time being.]

Oh! Um, he's a classmate from back home who is also in Wonderland. I'm just a bit worried that him and my other classmates might be caught up in something like this.

[She quickly shakes her head at the thought. Except that it was more like she refused to believe the possibility.]

But there's no way he could be involved in something like this! He's not the type of person that would ever act like that.

[With that said, she briskly walks to reach the tear faster, wanting to get out of this world as fast as possible.]

W-We're almost here and we can finally go home and not worry about any of this!

[Not having classmates, Ryoko wouldn't know what it's like to worry about that. But if she did, she thinks she probably wouldn't want them in this mess either. She'd hope they were somewhere safe and not roaming around whatever all this is.]

Right. I won't write it down because it has nothing to do with me, so it'll be like it never happened at all.

[That strategy hasn't failed her yet. That she knows of anyway.]

[She lets out a small sigh of relief when she hears those words from Ryoko. In a weird way, it made her happy that she was going to forget about this event. The last thing she wanted to do was worry her friend, along with remind her of this crazy place.

... Along with the fact that Ryoko witnessed some crazy clone of her's. That was one memory she wanted buried.]

R-Right, that's a good idea. I'll do my best to pretend like this never happened either.

[At this point, she's not even sure if she wants to talk to anyone else about this.]

Oh~ But it did happen.

[That eerily causes Sayaka to immediately freeze in her spot. As she stops, she glances up and notices that her despair crazy clone was standing right in front of them, and blocking the way to the tear. How on earth did she get here??]

Did you two miss me? The party was just merely beginning!

["Not this shit again." Is probably what the original Sayaka is thinking right now.]

[Why is this happening?]

Um.

[She'll glance over at Sayaka and then at the despair variant.]

Um.

[This probably isn't good. Definitely not good. But she does have one question.]

Miss you? Have we met?

[She's confused. What's going on? Why doesn't anything make sense today?]

[If this wasn't a dire situation, Sayaka would probably be laughing at this right now. Okay. Take that back, she does find this to be a little funny.

She glances over at Ryoko, then at the tear. They were so close!! All they had to do was evade crazy clone and they will be home free.]

I'm sorry to say, but this is getting kind of old. Could you just let us leave peacefully? We haven't done anything wrong.

[In an instant, she's narrowing her eyes at Ryoko. They literally just met! Not only that, she felt insulted as a a famous idol. How dare she not recognize who she was.]

You are one of the most infuriating people I've ever met. [She continues to scoff.] Both of you, actually. I still can't believe I share the same face with some nobody.

[Still holding onto that weird knife microphone combination, she slowly approaches the pair and speaks in a tone that's a mixed of irriated and eerie.]

I don't know where you two think you are going but your journey ends here.

[Why are their lives like this?

Sayaka scoots closer to Ryoko and leans into whisper into her ear.]

Let's run as fast as possible.

[She looks around and notices a broken barrel towards the side.]

If we need to, let's try to trip her with that? Or if you see anything else that you think will work better, then go for it!

[She's listening to the plan while looking over at the barrel. At the same time she's scribbling notes on the fanbook. Go figure, half the time she can't remember her own name, but apparently she can multitask.]

Um, all right. I think we should be able to do that.

[There's a nod right before Ryoko bolts towards the barrel, continuing to write as she runs. If they were supposed to move on the count of three, she forgot.]

[It's okay because she totally didn't even think to count to three. The plan was super rushed and in retrospect, maybe she should have thought this out.

Following Ryoko's lead, Sayaka quickly makes her way towards the barrel as well. Every so often, she would glance over at her notes. She was a little curious as to what she was writing while also being amazed at her ability to multitask.

When they finally reach the barrel, she nervously gulps as places her hands on it. Oh god, please let this work.]

Ready Otonashi-san?

Hehe, I don't know what you two are planning but no matter how far you run, you won't be able to escape me! I'll keep chasing you till the ends of the earth.

[That sinister giggle could be heard from a mile away and it made Sayaka herself not want to laugh for a long time.]

[The notes are kind of a mess. There's notes and drawings on top of notes and drawings, so it's a mixture of notes and a rough set of arrows for the escape route they used in the seats, and that's covered by a picture of the barrel and what looks like some sort of math formula. And there's some other stuff that's been scribbled out. Honestly, at this point it's more notebook than the photobook it started out as.]

Um, when we get around the barrel, we should probably wait for her to catch up.

[Which sounds crazy, but...]

Trust me on this one, okay?

[Sayaka stares at Ryoko with an unwavering conviction. She firmly nods her head in complete agreement.]

You have my complete and total trust, Otonashi-san. I believe in you.

[It was strange to think that just a few short months ago, she didn't want to trust anyone but now it has completely changed. This time, she doesn't hesistate to believe in people, especially her dear friends she's made in Wonderland.]

[As if on cue, this version of Sayaka has quickly caught up to them. The smile on her face was definitely one that was something akin to a slasher smile from a horror movie. It was eerie and the original Sayaka continued to feel creeped out the longer she stared at her.

Especially since they had the same face. What even.]

Hehehe [Her giggling would not cease.] I~ have ~ found you two. Now this time, I won't let you escape from me. Prepare to wallow in despair as I end your lives!

[Well this has absolutely nothing to do with her since she has no plans to wallow in despair or meet her end today. And that creepy smile has even less to do with her because that's just horrifying. Really.]

Um...

[She holds up the photobook like it's going to do anything against a knife.]

When she attacks, we should try and kick the barrel at her.

[Maybe she should've said that a little quieter.]

O-Okay, that sounds like a good plan!

[However, as Sayaka is turning around to help kick the barrel. The weird clone is standing right there. She lets out a loud gasp and is immediately backing away.]

Did you two seriously just say that out loud?

[These two were so laughable. They also amazed her at the same time. How could this silly pair escape from her so easily? They were so incompetent, but somehow they kept evading her. It was frustrating beyond belief.

Oh well! Not that it mattered to her anymore. She had them right where she wanted them.]

Good night! It was fun while it lasted, but the time for games is over.

[She's holding up her kniferophone and is getting ready to slice it down on them.]

[OKAY NOW THEY REALLY HAD TO THINK FAST.

She quickly looks over at Ryoko, then at the barrel then at her weird twin before looking over at Ryoko once again.]

S-Shall we kick it now?

[She raises her foot and gives the barrel a swift kick]

Uh huh.

[And while Sayaka's kicking the barrel, Ryoko'll throw the photobook up at the doppleganger's face, aiming to distract her while the barrel knocks her off balance. Of course there goes Ryoko's ability to use her talent, but it's preferable to getting knifed in the face.]

We should run! Before I forget.

Otonashi-san?!

[That was definitely unexpected, she didn't think that Ryoko would use the photobook that she was using to write notes in as a defensive weapon. Not only did it surprise her, but it was also touching.

Now it made her even more determined. She was not going to let Ryoko's sacrifice go in vain.

Thank goodness for Ryoko's book hitting her square in the face, it caught the doppelgänger even more off guard.
The barel was able to slip her off her feet, but combined with the photobook, she had completely fallen. She's so disorientated from everything, she's barely able to stand. As she's removing the photobook from her face, there was a venom in her tone as she speaks. "You... you two are going to pay for this!"]

Y-Yes, you are right! [With that, Sayaka gently holds onto Ryoko's arm and makes her way to the tear.]

The tear is right there! Let's go back... [She pauses.] to our friends and to our home.

[It's okay. Her notebook's back home, that's the important one.]

Yeah, let's get out of here!

[She's not even going to look back as she heads towards the tear with Sayaka. She heard that bit about paying for it, but she's pretty sure she doesn't have a wallet, and who knows if parallel universes even use the same currency. Besides, this all has nothing to do with her, so someone else can pay the bill today.]
