This is now the second time Shepard's been on the mirror side, and frankly, she doesn't like it any more than the first. The monochrome is messing with her head and the sudden travel meant there was no time for armor or weaponry, so she's stuck with her hands and her wit. Her mood is only further soured by the fact that she's stuck here; until her mirror crosses over, she has absolutely no choice but to keep her head down and try not to aggro anything bigger than her.
