( it's one thing to be transported to a different world--that's happened to him before, hasn't it? even if he was only there without his parents for a very short while, he was still in mxyzptlk's dimension alone for a short while, he was still there. it's another entirely finding yourself in a different place, full of different people, with the only person who knows you exist being damian wayne.
it could be worse, though. damian could not know if his existence, like kara doesn't. so he's got that going for him. it only makes sense that the first person he goes to should be damian then, right? and if there's stuff to fight, why not fight it to help take his mind off of his parents not being there?
or at least, that's the trail of thought jon has when he leaves his glasses and hat in his newly chosen room, takes off the over sized t-shirt he had been wearing which leaves him in just a pair of ripped jeans, the superman jacket he'd found, and sneakers.
he finds damian fast enough; listening for his voice and speeding his way through the asgadian structure really doesn't take that long, considering how much longer it would have taken for a normal human. and jon spots the rock troll just as easily as it had found damian. he runs as fast as he can towards it, comes to an extremely abrupt halt right next to it's legs, and grips onto a leg with both hands, picking it up and spinning around on his heels to gain some momentum for when he tosses it off into the distance. )
