"There's movies about magic in your world?" No one has mentioned this to him, not that it was typical. Certainly he's read a book or two from the library that were created a long time after the world he knew, but that hasn't made him realize until now how pervasive such fields of thought might be.
"It makes me wonder then if they're hidden in your world as they are in mine. The magical people in your world. If they exist," he says, smiling and allowing for the possibility that they don't exist, though he wonders now.
"It's a child's toy," he admits. "We call it a snitch and use them for a flying game on brooms called Quidditch. As for the magic? Much as your world does for science from what I can tell. To make our world easier to live in, to protect ourselves, and to study the world around us, muggle and wizarding alike."
