Summary: A catch all for the Horrible Memory Truth Event!
The Story:

For the duration of this event, everyone's entire room will be replaced with a memory playing on loop. They will likely recognize the moment as soon as they see it – it is a moment they remember as the worst moment of their entire lives. It could be a memory from home or something that happened in Wonderland. Lengths of the memories will vary, but they will find that these are not memories they can merely watch – they can step into these memories and attempt to make changes to them, and the memories will be long enough that they have time to make changes (though no more than 24 hours). However, anyone who tries will find that it is futile. No matter what you do or how hard you try, the outcome is always exactly the same somehow. No changes you make will prevent that horrible outcome. It just happens over and over and over again no matter what you do.

On top of that, perhaps complicating any attempts to make changes, everyone will be forced to be honest for the duration of the event. No lies or half-truths are allowed, and filters will be gone for the entire five days. If something bothers someone then they will blurt it out, regardless of whether or not it hurts someone's feelings, and no one will be able to simply keep quiet when they have something to say. They must be truthful and honest with every word they say.

This is a catch-all log for all of your Worst Memory needs! Please mark your threads clearly in the subject line with your character's name and Room Number + Floor for character rooms, or just location if you're making a top level for a public place in the mansion (like the tea rooms or the kitchen) so people can see if there's already a thread available. [Minato went to sit down with Satoru. He still kept up the suffix because he kenw that's what Satoru would want.]

Does anyone know yet?

[modore]

[There's a long pause as he sinks down in his seat.]

Hinazuki knows.

[jivitadana]

Already? But it was inevitable.

[Minato thought that even as an adult, Satoru did act like a child too. It was kind of endearing.]

[modore]

I know. [He kicks his feet a little. If he weren't actually 29, he'd be sulking.] But I hoped it'd be a little longer. And that I could decide how to tell her.

[jivitadana]

[That looks like sulking though, Satoru.]

How did she react?

[modore]

[Well it's definitely not okay.]

Badly.

[jivitadana]

Why?

[Minato didn't think it should be surprising or alarming.]

[modore]

Because I've been lying to her. And she doesn't trust adults.

[jivitadana]

Why doesn't she?

[Did something happen?]

Because her mom and her mom's boyfriend--

[He covers his mouth with both hands, managing to muffle the rest of that statement. He doesn't want to tell Minato that--only Kayo should be the one to tell people those things, if she wants to.

He lowers his hands again.]

I shouldn't talk about that.

That's fine.

[Minato didn't mind. But he just knew that yes, something did happen to make Kayo suspicious of adults.]

Who else knows?

[And he sincerely hopes that it stays that way.]

[Minato thought that's what Satoru wanted.]

That means avoiding talking to anyone else?

Yeah. As long as I can do that until the event ends, it should be fine.

You can just stay here and eat?

[Keep himself occupied?]

[A nod.]

What have you been doing, Arisato?

[jivitadana]

I watched my memory in my room for a while, saw another one, then have been wandering.

[And then he ended up here and found Satoru.]

[modore]

[Satoru nodded again, then glanced away, thinking.]

...Can I ask you a question?

[There was something he wanted to know but, given the circumstances, it wouldn't be fair to just ask out of the blue. He'd at least give Minato the option to be asked or not.]

[jivitadana]

Sure.

[Minato didn't really mind. This event put a lot out there already for him to see about himself. It was good, really.]

[modore]

At home, are you dead?

[He only felt a little bad for forcing Minato to tell him the truth about that.]

[jivitadana]

Yes.

[Minato had to answer truthfully. He didn't want to lie anyway, not to Satoru, but he did think he should have had more time before telling him.]

[modore]

[Satoru nodded. He'd thought so, but getting confirmation was nice.]

Sorry about asking under the circumstances.

[He hiked himself up in his seat, which he'd almost slumped entirely out of.]

You can ask me something, if you want. To be fair.

It's okay. I didn't tell you earlier.

[When he could have, but he didn't. It was just something he didn't disclose if he didn't have to.]

But you understand now why some people would choose to die, but your fixing it might make things worse?

I understand. But the people I'm trying to save didn't choose to die. They didn't have to.
