Summary: A catch all for the Horrible Memory Truth Event!
The Story:

For the duration of this event, everyone's entire room will be replaced with a memory playing on loop. They will likely recognize the moment as soon as they see it – it is a moment they remember as the worst moment of their entire lives. It could be a memory from home or something that happened in Wonderland. Lengths of the memories will vary, but they will find that these are not memories they can merely watch – they can step into these memories and attempt to make changes to them, and the memories will be long enough that they have time to make changes (though no more than 24 hours). However, anyone who tries will find that it is futile. No matter what you do or how hard you try, the outcome is always exactly the same somehow. No changes you make will prevent that horrible outcome. It just happens over and over and over again no matter what you do.

On top of that, perhaps complicating any attempts to make changes, everyone will be forced to be honest for the duration of the event. No lies or half-truths are allowed, and filters will be gone for the entire five days. If something bothers someone then they will blurt it out, regardless of whether or not it hurts someone's feelings, and no one will be able to simply keep quiet when they have something to say. They must be truthful and honest with every word they say.

This is a catch-all log for all of your Worst Memory needs! Please mark your threads clearly in the subject line with your character's name and Room Number + Floor for character rooms, or just location if you're making a top level for a public place in the mansion (like the tea rooms or the kitchen) so people can see if there's already a thread available. [Ishimaru hears an unexpected noise and looks up to see a familiar face, with a delighted surprise.]

Ah... Regis-san! Good afternoon, and thank you for your assistance! [He's quick to stand at attention to greet him!] I feel flattered that you thought a trip like this would be my handiwork! How are you today?

[mandrakes]

Well enough.

[It isn't exactly a lie. He feels well in himself, though he could have certainly done without seeing what he had seen earlier today. There are some things that are best left unwitnessed, particularly for a second time.

He gets a better look at the camp, and of course it would be Ishimaru with this level of attention to detail.]

And how have you been faring?

Well, I have been feeling quite downtrodden do to the horrible memories that our infecting our rooms at the mansion! [He frowns as he remembers. Normally he would try to deflect away from anything troubling him, but now he cannot help but blurt it out.]

But I am determined to do well today! That is why this camping trip is an ideal distraction! I am glad that you are doing well, however!

[mandrakes]

You wouldn't be alone in that affliction. [He's troubled enough by his own and thinks very little of Ishimaru admitting that he's having that kind of problem. The worst moments of anyone's life are bound to leave a lasting impression.]

I believe that I have already tormented myself enough with the particular memory that Wonderland chose to show to me. It hardly came as a surprise.

I am sorry to hear that! [He says with a frown. Misery does love company after all.]

Even if it was not a surprise, it must have still been horrible to experience it again! At least now we are far away from those bad, bad memories!

One does wonder on the purpose of these kinds of things.

[Just what does Wonderland gain by testing them like this? Is it an uncontrolled process, where these events are spat out by the Core as a side effect of its function? Regis doesn't pretend to understand what power or magic is behind this place, but he understands cause and effect.]

Will your friends be joining you?

That is correct! A number of my friends should be joining us. It shall be quite the outing! [He says with a light smile.] Of course, you are free to extend invitations to any of your friends as well!

[mandrakes]

I wouldn't want to impose.

[And while he has a good rapport with the young man here, he wouldn't want to make that assumption of Ishimaru's friends.]

But I can certainly offer an extra pair of hands for as long as you have need of them.

Why thank you! I appreciate your drive to help. But you would not be imposing at all. I made sure to secure supplies to spare!

[mandrakes]

Keeping oneself busy is often a good way to avoid thinking about the things that trouble you. [Said candidly, for he has no doubt that the both of them have similar aims when it comes to that matter. He's seen much activity around the mansion today, while people pursue the same goal.]

I'm surprised you don't have more helpers.

[moraloutrage]

Y-yes, it is certainly doing wonders in that regard! [And he finds himself having no problem being honest on that front too!]

Ah, well others may come eventually, although I should have done a better job of spreading the word! Still, I don't mind taking on as much hard work as I can for myself!

[mandrakes]

[Regis chuckles slightly.] You do give that impression.

[Not a bad thing, by an means.]

But come now, I offered to help and you've yet to tell me how I might be of assistance.

[moraloutrage]

Ah... Yes, of course! [He looks around quickly.] You already provided some good assistance in helping me with that first tent! If you are set on helping out, perhaps we should try putting up the next tent together, as a team effort!

[mandrakes]

After you, then. The make of these tents is not quite what I'm used to.

[He can certainly help with the tent, but he will need some instruction.]
